Anyone can refer themselves or another to hospice care. The process is simple, call one of our four offices and our clinical professionals will coordinate communications with your physician regarding hospice eligibility. Any patient with a life-limiting condition, who seeks comfort and quality of life, rather than curative treatment, may be eligible for hospice care. Please contact one of our offices. We can help.
Volunteers give of themselves to support missions that closely mirror their own life values, and in hospice there are many areas to serve. Our volunteer coordinator will work with you to find a role that will be both enjoyable and satisfying. We firmly believe in the Power of One, and that ONE person can make an incredible difference in the life of another.
